COVID-19 Policy

We cannot wait to welcome you to the festival this year and we are working with all venues and interested parties to ensure a safe environment for all attendees, staff and performers.

In order to enter the festival this year we require proof of ONE of the following:

  • Negative lateral flow test taken within 24 hours before the event. Please report your test result on and show the confirmation message on the arrival and/or bringing the test itself if you don't fancy registering. The tests are free and can be ordered from or collected at your local pharmacy.
  • Negative PCR test taken within 48 hours before the event.
  • Proof of being fully vaccinated (2 doses). This can be NHS or international proof via country of residence.
  • Natural immunity based on a positive PCR Test within 180 days (and after the 10-day self-isolation period following the result).

We recommend wearing face coverings while moving around inside the venues and we advise checking into our venues using the NHS track and trace app. These are not mandatory but please be respectful of people's choices throughout the day.

There will be hand sanitisation pods throughout every venue and air ventilation will be pursued at every best opportunity.

The Wristband Collection will now take place in the outdoor setting of Hatch (info will be emailed to all ticket holders) with extended hours of 10am-10pm (live music runs 2pm-4am).

Please do not come to the festival if you have Covid symptoms or believe you may have been exposed to infection and/or if you have been asked to self isolate.

Please be aware that you will also need to show your covid safe status (one of the above) as well as your wristband to gain entry to The Ritz.
